Add the city and state, or paste coordinates (open the location in Google Maps, long-press the pin, and copy the numbers that look like 36.3956, -97.8784). You can also drag the pin on the map to the exact meeting point.
Times are shown in the location’s own time zone, which is printed under the coordinates. Check that the date is right, and that you dropped the pin on the correct spot and not a same-named park in another state.
That is by design: the whole client page is inside the link, so it never expires and we never store your client’s details. It pastes fine into iMessage, WhatsApp, email and most CRMs. If a tool truncates it, send it by email instead.
Open the session from “My sessions”, change anything, and copy the new link. The old link keeps showing the old plan.
Live forecasts come from the US National Weather Service and appear about seven days out for US locations. Elsewhere, the page links to a forecast search.
Paste a direct link to an image file (ending in .png or .jpg) hosted on your website or a public host. Square images look best. If you do not have one, leave it blank and the page uses your accent color instead.
Search your email for “Lemon Squeezy” to find the receipt. If it is gone, email us and we will look it up.
Any modern phone or desktop browser. Client pages need no login and load in under a second on cellular.
